Call for Artists: Art Exhibit Opportunity

Attention all talented artists! We invite you to showcase your creative brilliance at our upcoming art exhibit, a celebration of diverse artistic expressions and captivating visual stories. Event Details:

🗓️ Date: September 15- October 13, 2023
🕒 Time: September 15, 2023 – 3pm – 5pm
🏛️ Venue: 7th Floor Abraham Manila
🌍 Location: Makati Avenue, Poblacion, Makati City

Theme: Open

Submission Guidelines:

Open to all visual artists, emerging or established.
Mediums allowed are: Painting (Oil or Acrylic or other mediums not requiring glass frames)
Artworks must be ready to hang
Each artist can submit up to 3 artworks.
Artwork dimensions should not exceed 16in x 20in, but with a minimum size of 8in x 8in.
Submission deadline: September 9, 2023.
Payment Deadline: September 9, 2023

How to Submit:

Email your submission to info@artitasevents.com with the subject line: “Art Exhibit Submission – [Your Name] – Rewind and Renew Art Exhibit.”
Include high-quality images of your artworks (JPEG or PNG).
In the email, provide the following information:
- Full Name / Artist Name (To be printed on the labels for each artworks)
- Artist Statement (up to 150 words)
- Brief description of each submitted artwork (title, medium, dimensions)
- Artwork descriptions must have the ff:
  - Artwork Title:
  - Artwork size
  - Medium used
  - Year created
  - Short Artwork description
  - Artwork Artist Price (Please note that there will be commission share for the organizer and venue – 70% artist; 20% organizer; 10% venue) We will add the comm on top of your Artist price

Important Dates:

Submission Deadline: September 9, 2023
Acceptance Notifications: September 11, 2023
Ingress / Artwork Drop-off: September 13, 2023
Opening Reception: September 15, 2023
Exhibition Duration: September 15 – October 13, 2023
